We currently provide Therapy for adults In-person in Lakeland, FL, USA & online throughout FL, UT and MA

We would meet virtually via a secure telehealth platform. Online therapy is similar to in-person therapy, except it is online instead of in an office.

No, In-person services are not offered at the time, Telehealth therapy services are provided in Florida and Utah

Insurances accepted for therapy in Florida are Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, and Oxford.

Insurances accepted for therapy in Utah are Aetna, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah

Insurances accepted for therapy in Massachusetts are Aetna, and Cigna

Fees for therapy are $130 an hour

Fees for Immigration Evaluations are $1500 (the price can be higher if translation services need to be incurred or if a rush evaluation is required) We do not take insurance for immigration evaluations.

Limited sliding scale options are available.

The first session is important as we start developing a relationship and make sure that you feel comfortable. We will focus on the reasons you are seeking services.

This is based on your individual needs. We want to make sure that you feel cared for and that you fully experience maximum therapeutic outcomes

We will have an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit, I will answer any concerns you have and then we would schedule our first session where we will assess your needs.
